MWL does this

Go to Woocommerce -> Order Export -> Profiles

Load the most recent sponsor report.

Modify the product SKU for the current sponsorship book.

Save the profile named after the current book.

Run the report. Save the CSV as an XLSX, in a file named TITLE-sponsors-yyyy-mm-dd. This is the control spreadsheet for this book's fulfillment. Put it in the Dropbox folder.

Save a copy of the XLSX on the mail server.

==== Send Sponsor Verification Mails ====

In sponsor-address-extract.pl on the mail server, update $title to the current book. Also check the message body for any needed updates. Verify that the from and reply-to are sent to DAD's email address. Run the script to send verification mails.

==== Apply Sponsor Corrections ====

DAD reads the emails a couple times a week. If the address is correct, no verification is needed. People will reply anyway. Be chill.

If the address is wrong, they should reply with corrections. Make the corrections to the control spreadsheet. Thank them for the correction. //(Log into TWP to correct info for them?)//
